A: Orders can be picked up

Q: How quickly can I expect to pick up my order:

A: You can pick up your order the same day if placed before 2 p.m. EST. 

Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be ready on the next business day.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to me?

A: No, orders are Pick Up in Store only

Q: What do I need to pick up my order? 

A: You will need: 

·       A government-issued ID

·       Order confirmation email 

Q: Who can pick up my order? 

A: Orders must be picked up by the original customer who purchased the order, unless an   alternative pickup person is added prior to placing the order.

 Q: How long will my order be held at the store?

 A: Orders will be held for three business days. You will receive an email reminder the day before your order is scheduled to be canceled.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and you may be unable to pick up your order within the three-day window.  If you need to extend your pickup date, please contact the store directly for assistance.

Q: Can I return items I’ve purchased from ikranti?

A: Returns will be accepted within 15 days of pickup. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in unused condition to qualify for a return.
