Store Pick Up Information

Orders must be picked up by the original customer who purchased the order, unless an alternative pickup person is added prior to placing the order.

You can pick up your order the same day if placed before 2 p.m. EST.  Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be ready on the next business day.

Please present: 

·       A government-issued ID

·       Order confirmation email 

Orders will be held for three business days. You will receive an email reminder the day before your order is scheduled to be canceled.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and you may be unable to pick up your order within the three-day window.  If you need to extend your pickup date, please contact the store directly for assistance.
