Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of pickup. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- In the same condition as received
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order at pickup. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do accept returns on sale items. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the replacement item separately.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
