Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and ikranti (“ikranti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the ikranti website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products through our buy online, pick up in store model.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to make a purchase through the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- All information provided is accurate and complete; and
- You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
2. Products and Pricing
ikranti offers consumer retail goods, which may include home goods, accessories, bags, and related merchandise (collectively, “Products”).
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, pricing, or availability information are error-free. We reserve the right to:
- Correct typographical, pricing, or other errors;
- Cancel or refuse orders placed at an incorrect price;
- Limit quantities purchased; and
- Discontinue Products at any time.
If an order is canceled due to an error, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
ikranti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- Payment authorization failure;
- Product unavailability; or
- Pricing inaccuracies.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and contact information is accurate.
4. Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS)
All purchases made through the Site are for in-store pickup only.
4.1 Pickup Notification
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
4.2 Pickup Window
Orders must be collected within three (3) days of notification unless otherwise specified. Orders not collected within this period may be canceled and refunded at ikranti’s discretion.
4.3 Identification Requirement
Valid government-issued identification may be required at pickup. ikranti reserves the right to refuse release of merchandise without satisfactory identification.
4.4 Authorized Third-Party Pickup
If you designate a third party to retrieve your order, that individual may be required to present identification and order confirmation.
4.5 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for Products transfer to you upon pickup and physical possession of the merchandise.
5. Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our posted Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the Return Policy. [link to Policy]
6. Product Use and Responsibility
Customer assumes full responsibility for proper use, care, maintenance, and, where applicable, assembly of all Products purchased from ikranti.
ikranti shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from:
- Improper use;
- Improper assembly;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Failure to follow care instructions; or
- Unauthorized modification of Products.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and layout, is the exclusive property of ikranti and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used without prior written consent from ikranti.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Except as required under applicable New Jersey law, ikranti disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ikranti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Use of the Site;
- Purchase or use of Products; or
- Inability to access the Site.
In no event shall ikranti’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ikranti, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Site; or
- Your misuse of any Product.
11. Force Majeure
ikranti shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or system failures.
12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of Products shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey.
You agree to waive any right to:
- A trial by jury; and
- Participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable rules governing consumer disputes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Modifications to Terms
ikranti reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
